Supakook's commitments

We use official accounts we hold ourselves, rather than upstream resellers of unknown origin. We provide privacy mode, do not resell customer data, and do not use customer content to train Supakook's own models.

Data still reaches official service providers

Using an AI service still requires sending request content to the relevant official model provider. Having no upstream reseller does not mean that no external service processes your data.

Whether an official platform retains content or uses it for training, and how long it keeps that content, depends on the product type, account settings, and applicable policies. Web subscriptions, shared accounts, and APIs may have different rules. Review the relevant product's privacy settings and documentation before use.

Additional checks for shared access

Privacy mode does not mean complete separation between different users of a shared account. Before choosing a shared subscription, confirm who can see conversation history, workspaces, files, and account settings. Do not submit confidential company information or sensitive personal information until these boundaries are clear.

Logs and support materials

Diagnosing a service issue may require its time, request ID, and error message. Remove passwords, verification codes, API keys, cookies, and unnecessary business content from materials you send for support.

This page does not yet provide a complete list of log fields and retention periods for each service. For sensitive business use, first obtain the relevant service's data handling documentation through your purchase channel and review it before proceeding.

Protect accounts and keys

Keep delivery information secure. Do not put keys in public code repositories or website frontend code. Do not submit verification codes or complete session details to unfamiliar pages. If you suspect exposed credentials, contact your original delivery channel promptly.
